U.S. Embassy Sweden’s 2016 environmental policy case competition.
The U.S Embassy Sweden, the Stockholm Environment Institute and Stockholm School of Economics are together asking us and our 12 sister associations to participate in U.S. Embassy Sweden’s 2016 environmental policy case competition.
As a member of a Society of International Affairs Gothenburg, you can participate in this competition by sending your paper to us. The papers should answer the following question:
“How can the United States and Sweden help ensure that women in developing countries participate equitably in helping their countries meet COP21 commitments?”
The authors of the three best papers will be invited to present their policy recommendations before a jury of experts at a seminar with The U.S Embassy Sweden, the Stockholm Environment Institute and Stockholm School of Economics May 25. The Embassy will send the winner(s) on a trip to Washington, D.C. to learn more about U.S. environmental efforts.
