Attention: Annual Meeting Incoming!

Dear members,

We warmly invite all UFGBG members to participate in our upcoming annual meeting.

Our meeting will take place on the 23rd of September, 2025, at 18:00 in room E202.

In this year’s annual meeting we will:

 🆕Take a first vote on a new set of policy proposals

📄The sets of policies will be made accessible via our website in advance (2 weeks prior) so that everyone attending the meeting has time to read them and think about questions

✅All members are encouraged to attend and take part in the discussion.
🗳️To vote, you must have been a member for at least 5 weeks.

📌Any members wishing to submit a motion or policy proposal may contact pr*******@uf***.se until 23:59 on 8 September.
