At the annual meeting on 23rd of September 2025, UF Gothenburg will introduce the Motion Package HT25, a set of proposals and policies designed to strengthen transparency, clarify responsibilities, and ensure smoother operations within the association.

Key highlights include:

  • Clearer definitions of mandates and policies to improve consistency and accountability in decision-making.
  • A structured framework outlining the roles of the President and Vice President, ensuring continuity in leadership.
  • Updated policies on the Advisory Board, neutrality, and coordinators, promoting cohesion, inclusivity, and good governance.

This package represents an important step toward reinforcing UF Gothenburg’s democratic values and long-term sustainability
