The U.S Election and it’s Foreign Policy Implications

UF Gothenburg welcomes you to an informal meeting together with Mr. Mark R. Evans, Counselor for Political and Economic Affairs at the U.S Embassy in Stockholm, Sweden.

Mr. Evans has a long carrier within the diplomatic service. Prior to Sweden he was seated in Oslo, Tokyo, Beijing and Washington D.C . He has worked on a broad range of topics including Artic Issues, environment and science policy, nonproliferation and political-military affairs. More recently he served as the Political Section External Unit Chief in the U.S Embassy in Iraq 2011-12.

Mark R. Evans holds degrees from the University of Utah (BA 89′) and the George Washington University (MA 93′).
