Hillevi Engström appointed Minister for International Development Cooperation

The Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt today announced that he have fired the Minister for International Development Cooperation Gunilla Carlsson and replaces her with Hillevi Engström. Gunilla Carlsson has been criticized for her politics concerning foreign aid for quite some time.
