Extraordinary Annual Meeting 7 June 2020

The Society of International Affairs in Gothenburg welcomes you to our Extraordinary Annual Meeting on the 7th of June 2020.

At the meeting we will consider the matter of changing the operational year of UF Gothenburg specifically and in line with the paragraph §7 of the by-laws of the Society of International Affairs in Gothenburg will no other matters be decided upon during the meeting.

Due to the pandemic and respecting the restrictions on social distancing issued by the Swedish authorities and Gotheburg University we will not conduct the meeting physically like under normal circumstances. Adapting to the current situation the meeting will be conducted through Zoom. To conduct the meeting as democratic and transparent as possible we would like you to register in order to receive a Zoom link for the meeting. You will recieve the link closer to the date of the meeting after registration.

Note: Only those with a membership no less than five weeks prior to the Extraordinary Annual Meeting, i. e before the 3rd of May are eligible to vote during the meeting.
