Between hope and despair: A panel debate about DR Congo

Welcome to the last lecture for this semester!
We are happy to announce that this lecture will be a panel debate focusing on the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The participants in the panel are:
Yves Mely, 1st Secretary. Embassy of DR Congo in Sweden
Christer Daelander, the Uniting Church in Sweden, Equmeniakyrkan
Focus areas: Relation between church and society, corruption.
Peer Shouten, the University of Gothenburg
Focus areas: unequal distributions of security and infrastructure in Congo
Théo Jaekel, Swedwatch
Focus areas: Security, child labor and commercial conflict dependent actors.
The second half of the debate we’ll open up for questions from the audience.
