Facebook and Twitter will be accessible in Shanghai – Utrikespolitiska föreningen i Göteborg

Apparently, the Chinese government just announced that sites like Facebook and Twitter will be accessible in some parts of Shanghai in the near future. Is this the beginning of end for The Great Firewall of China?
